Meet Kara

Hey mama, I’m Kara- a Christ-follower, wife, and mama of five (we currently five, five and under, including twins). I started Psalm127mama on Instagram because I think we all need more Jesus, encouragement, practical tips and tricks, and support as we navigate all the skills, phases, roles, and milestones that come with motherhood. I’m not an expert, but I am constantly learning and adapting to the next new phase or routine our family steps into, plus I love helping other moms. I randomly became good at potty training through the years (long story), and since I’ve had so many people ask me for help, I thought I’d create this guide and get it into the hands of other moms and dads who are overwhelmed with the process. I have all my other biblically- centered motherhood tips, finds, fun, and other stuff on my Instagram page for now. Maybe someday I’ll add more to this website. Thank you! God’s got this mama.
